Initial meeting
Grab your coffee and join us for an initial meeting where we listen to your needs and explore collaboration opportunities.
Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Before you share any information or documents with ISM MENA, you receive a non-disclosure agreement. All information stays fully protected and confidential, even if the engagement does not proceed.
Scope of work
A detailed review of current challenges, strategic goals, and capacity gaps across relevant departments.
Technical proposal
A customized solution design outlining the scope of work, methodology, deliverables, and timeline.
Financial proposal
Transparent pricing, including service fees, travel if applicable, and any additional costs.
Letter of agreement
Formalizes the partnership with clearly defined terms, responsibilities, and milestones.
Delegation agreement
Establishes roles and responsibilities for the implementation process.
Program team
ISM MENA and the client jointly form the Program Implementation Team (PIT) and Program Management Team (PMT), which implement and manage the program together.
Program management
Agreed activities are executed with a structured program management approach: clear objectives, KPIs, action plans, risk plans, and communication plans.
Reporting and communication
Regular status reports and check-in meetings keep progress on track, keep everyone aligned, and manage risk early.
